PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards, payments via PayPal, certified check, and money order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic:
In-stock items will ship the next business day, unless it is a holiday. Custom orders will be given a delivery date at the time of deposit. Orders paid for by certified check or money order will be held until payment is received.

All domestic orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and insured. Overnight shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing on expedited orders.

International:
We will ship internationally to most countries. Please contact us for rates prior to placing your order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns:
All items being returned must receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) prior to being sent back. This number may be obtained by e-mailing our returns department. Returns must be made within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unworn and in original packaging in order to be eligible for refund. Returns must be shipped by USPS Priority Mail and must be insured.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued upon inspection of merchandise in the same method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

SALES TAX
As a merchant in NY state we are required to collect sales tax on all merchandise.

MERCHANDISE DISCOUNTS

Quantity Discounts:
For certain items quantity discounts are available. Contact us with your specific request.
Wholesale Pricing:
We do offer wholesale pricing to qualified merchants. All wholesale pricing requests are evaluated on an individual basis.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We will be happy to work with individuals to create the perfect piece to accessorize for any occasion. A 50% deposit is required on custom orders.
